There are several sitting areas. One has a couch with chairs, teak armoire with a color TV (cable and Road Runner internet access). The other has a queen futon, a koa coffee table and a teak buffet. The other sitting area includes two antique koa chairs with a Hawaiian pattern.

Dining area has a teak table which can be extended to seat six to eight.

The Kitchen is fully equipped. Has stove, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, plenty of cabinets and drawers, coffee maker and utensils. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
