Garden Level or Upper Level of Guest House:
Holiday rate: $140/night (Dec. 21 - Jan. 4)
Reservations: To reserve we require half the rental & cleaning fee to be sent to us as an advance. The remaining balance should be sent at least two weeks before your arrival. We accept checks or you can pay with a credit card using PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
Security Deposit: We require a refundable damage deposit which can be in the form of a check.
The check or cash will be returned after departure, providing there are no damages, of course.
Cancellation policy:
If the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to booking date you get entire rental fee back
minus a $50 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days notice you forfeit entire fee.
BUT if we can book the time period we will refund your money less $50.
